DHA and EPA are essential omega-3 fatty acids because they cannot be built by the body.

DHA: 100g herring= 1170 mg DHA / 100g thuna fish = 2082 mg DHA / 100g salmon= 1860 mg DHA

EPA: 100g kipper= 965 mg EPA / 100g Bismarck herring= 1832 mg EPA / 100g thuna fish= 1385 mg EPA

1 The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.
2 The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of EPA and DHA. Do not exceed a supplemental daily intake of 5 g of EPA and DHA combined.
